For £20, it was an OK wash and blowdry. I was in dire need as I couldn't do this at home. Felt a bit amateur-ish, to be honest, my hair was pulled a lot during washing and during blow-drying, and she used a very hard plastic brush to blowdry my hair which scratched me a few times. Result was fine, I didn't ask for anything complicated, just a straight down blowdry.
