I have never left a bad review before, I just go with "well i just won't go again" etc.
I was met by a hairdresser who had zero customer service skills, told me "come sit down then" and proceeded to tell me the haircut I wanted not ask me.
My hair was cut, wash+dried in under 27min, so when asked "who do you get your frizzy thin hair from, your mom?", I should have replied "its frizzy because you dried it in 2min".
I came away annoyed+not with a haircut I wanted or am happy with.

Alina was very attentive and my nails are perfect - she spent a while making sure the colour was exactly what I wanted and was very knowledge about the damage I had on my nail and how to best protect it. 10/10 I’ll be coming back!

The whole experience was rushed. I wasn’t even greeted with a hello when I walked in. When she washed my hair it was so rough and when she placed the shower head down it was spraying all down my back soaking me and when she rinsed the shampoo she was she was basically rinsing half my face with it. She bashed my head with the hair dryer because she was rushing so much and she yanked my earring so hard at one point- accidents happen but I felt she was rushing too much. The place was grubby.
