Terrible experience! Waxing should be sensitively provided. Whole experience disappointing. Very poor reception on the telephone prior. My time had been changed by R&R so I called to clarify when to arrive. The phone was put down midcall very rudely. Treatwell means you pre-pay so I still went. The door was left open multiple times during the (bikini) wax with a large mirror that faced both myself/the waxing and the door!Periods of total awk silence until asked to review R&R before leaving salon
