I myself am I deep tissue massage therapist.
The therapist expressed poor communication throughout meaning an hour plus of silence. I was not offered water thought the session which is a necessity during any form of massage. I instructed the therapist to work on specific areas yet they were poorly attended to.
When I tried to explain this all the the therapist she mentioned that she has had numerous massages throughout the day… which I do not understand the relevance in the situation.

Both treatments I booked (highlights/haircut and Hollywood waxing) were expertly done by very nice professionals. Not giving full marks to the overall experience because I had to wait quite a bit (45 minutes) between the two treatments.
