The massage itself was really good but it's a shame we cannot relax fully as we hear everyone speaking around and the hair dryers next door. The music would be cut off with quite agressive ads every 10mins so relaxation was cut all the time which is a shame as the massage was really good.

Haircut was okay, for a service thats usually £99 its not worth it. Instructions for cutting the hair just below the chin were not followed and I wasnt asked if I wanted my hair straightened, which was a service included in the price.
