all good, but they changed my appointment time with a very short notice and without me knowing (only when I entered the app to check and that's how I realised that they moved my appointment earlier!!!) it could not be changed from the app as it was too close to the time and I could lost the money already paid. (Treat well should NOT allow them to change it as they don't allow it to clients!)
The technician, Kim Yogi, was experienced, kind and did a great job with my hands. 10 stars for her!

I have to note organisation of the appointment was a bit messy. I originally booked for 11:30 am but they rescheduled to 12 pm which is fine. I got there was no one was at reception. Kim and another lady came out around 12:15pm and asked why I was waiting. I said for my 12pm appointment. They asked me to wait another couple of mins in that time they were running around to prep the room. Given the appointment was rescheduled I thought it would be more organised.
Really bad haircut. Probably the worst I’ve ever had. The stylist didn’t listen to what I wanted and seemed horribly inexperienced when I requested a very simple technique. Didn’t know a thing about ladies haircuts obviously. Didn’t even style or completely dry my hair… wish I said something at the time but didn’t think the stylist was experienced enough to rectify the cut..really sad considering I had was hoping this haircut would give me new confidence.
