I hate to ever leave negative reviews, but my experience here was by far the WORST mani/pedi I’ve ever had. While my technician (Kim Yogi) was nice, she was incredibly rough on my hands & feet, and I have several cuts and burn marks from the tools to prove it. I asked her to be gentle and she downplayed my pain (I was literally in tears at a few points) and it’s taken two days for my nails to stop being sore. The tools & salon weren’t as clean as I would have liked and it was very disappointing.

That was my very first Botox hair care and I was a bit afraid that it can damage more my dry hair. But Pavi was very thorough and explained every step to me. She took care of me and was as professional as she was kind. My hair, after the Botox treatment, was nourished and much less split than when I arrived. I will be going back to see Pavi more regularly.
