I don’t think the Treatwell booking system suits this salon. Anu had time management problems caused by a conflict between the salon’s main calendar and Treatwell system. She moved my appointment by 25mins with only 30mins notice and was then a further 35mins late. As others have said, I don’t think a salon should be able to move the appointment (especially with so little notice and when the client can’t do this). The actual hair cut was good and Anu added a free treatment by way of apology.
