Quite intensely pushy about booking with them directly and leaving a google review on the spot almost. Which is a shame, because the treatment does exactly what it says on the tin.

I went in for balayage. I left the hairdresser's with purple hair though I had asked for a cold blonde. I was then told that this was normal and to wash my hair. I washed it straight away. The purple wasn't as bright after but still very noticeable. I was happy with everything else and I think Sim knows what she is doing and keeping the toner in for too long was an honest mistake. I just hoped they would have at least offered to fix it or offered a discount instead of telling me to wash my hair.
