The WORST waxing experience ever. I’ve been waxing regularly for 7 years and this has been the absolute worst. It’s never painful and usually the therapists are professional and do it so pain-free. I’ve been to this salon 3 times before and it’s been fine but this time was extremely painful and felt like the it was Vin’s first time waxing anyone. She didn’t wait until the wax was completely dry which made it feel like she was tearing my skin off. Not coming back!She also left wax and hair on me!

Just not very good, only 5-10 minutes was spent on my shoulders/back out of an hour massage. Lots of time spent on face/legs. The plastic covering on the massage chair is so uncomfy and it kept jamming into my neck.
