i had a lash lift and tint appointment, the result isn't great. the lady was nice, but when i asked if she could also do something to fix my brows she said that her shift was gonna end soon, so i said not to worry. when i was leaving she was trying to get me to cancel with treatwell and get a refund to then rebook directly with them for a free eyebrow treading. the whole thing felt dodgy and overcomplicated so i declined. i personally wouldn't recommend this place.
