It was a very delightful experience. My beautician was very patient and she was always checking on me to make sure I was ok. The waxing was painless even the Hollywood waxing was relatively painless and this was my first time ever trying it. My beautician made sure there were no hairs left she even got those short stubborn hairs and now I am hairless in the places I booked to have done. Thank you so much for making it a wonderfully pleasant experience. I will definitely come back for many more waxing session.

The lady was nice and the painting nails was good but her shaping and cuticle skills were so-so.
They didn’t have a dryer for when the nails are done so you have to sit there for ages waiting for it to dry. Even though they have a quick dry spray, I was worried about moving.

Niru is amazing, she is sweet and does her job to the highest standard. However, the lady at reception tried to over-charge me which was frustrating considering and the salon's facility is not great. I only go there as I trust Niru does the best job possible!
