The worst hairdressers by far I been to. Went for a one colour came back with 4 tones of colours in my hair and streaks, not only to mention didnt take care of the condition of my hair ive had bleach done before but never like this. Hair wasnt sectioned once so is patchy. Worst customer service when I called back the guy who works there was just rude, saying theres nothing wrong with my hair. Getting all defensive. Do not feel comfortable ever to go back. Would not recommend. Lack of knowledge

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH ANU. I got my hair done after a very long time and the hairstylist, Anu, did not listen to any of my needs, she was kept talking and gave me the opposite results than what I had asked for. I specifically asked for a brown BALAYAGE and what I received was blonde highlights! There is no way I will ever be returning. On top of that when I asked to loosely wave by hair at the end, she gave me curls.
Anu also kept coughing into her hands while doing my hair! wear a mask!!

Professional staff and always a nice place to come back to; would have felt more comfortable if the beautician was wearing a mask and only started using new gloves just before my treatment, but she was very good.
