I paid for the treatment when booking, then was asked to pay again by email. I emailed three times to say I’d already paid and requesting confirmation that they didn’t need paying twice. I received no response.
I went to the appointment anyway and received no acknowledgment on arrival, waited for the stylist to be available for 20 minutes and then gave up.
If they have this little care for their business, I can’t trust them to provide a treatment.
