It felt that we had to listen to what the stylist Anu wants for us rather than what we wanted for our hairstyle. I would have preferred having more layered and have it shorter and same for my girls but Anu was quite pushy and she was almost deciding what we should have. I had to ask my daughter’s hair to be layered and cut more after she had finished however even with that the results were not satisfactory. We have had hair cut in many places but unfortunately I felt that she was the least experienced and least skilful stylist and we would never want to go back again. It felt that money wasted.

The range of colourswas very limited. They did not present the gel colours painted onto anything so it was impossible to know what the colour would turn out like. I ended up only having removal and filing of nails- which were all uneven and wonky.
