Hair spa staff was coughing while serving me with no mask on. The first thing was to force me to opt out of steam step saying there’s no effect but just make me feel hot?! The hairwash base was extremely uncomfortable causing neck pain. Treatment was simply sprayed on my hair and I was left sitting there to dry for a good 30min. Was passed around to different staff for hairwash and rough dry. Facial was great but could be better if explain what was applied on my face each steps.
