The nail technician is not adequately trained to do the job. It appears the equipment are obsolete or she just chose to use obsolete equipment (eg using a blunt file and and an actual pair of scissors instead of a nail drill and cutter) . My nails look like they accidentally melted and were painted over. The appointment took an additional 20 minutes. Overall very poor experience.
