My first visit to this salon and although there was an admin error with my booking the staff dealt with it really well.
My manicure and pedicure were done by Noor who was wonderful and I can’t fault any aspect of my experience

The sink & chair was broken so my neck was really sore and my shoulders and back were soaking. I had to go home to change. I complained but they said they’ll try and fix it next time & I was not offered any money off. My hairdresser Alicia was lovely and agreed it’s not acceptable but the other staff were useless.
I won’t be going back.
