I really like the Iyashi dome, it's a very relaxing treatment, and skin feels very smooth afterwards. The staff are always very friendly and the location in the health shop is great, with tempting shopping for healthy things right after the treatment. I will definitely go back, it feels healthy and the intense heat is so relaxing.

The facilities were very nice and the treatment was explained well and I did only have 1 treatment but i didnt notice any difference at all in my cellultie, skin or anything? I think you need a series of treatments

I'm always up for trying new treatments especially if they are going to improve my wobbly bits.
This is something really unique - you lay down on a comfortable bed and then the therapist closes the dome over you - and places towels around your neck.
It gets hot - very hot, you sweat buckets but you do get used to it and i did feel quite relaxed by the end of the session.
The results are great i certainly prefer how my legs looked and felt in comparison toa body wrap and most importantly i felt confident showing my legs off in my dress.
So i say give it a try its a perfect fix before a night out

Although tucked away in the basement of a health store in Bloomsbury, the therapy rooms are well set out and clean, including the bathroom, and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Once settled inside the dome which is like a long tube and your head and shoulders stick out, it is just like sunbathing without the risk of sunburn. I do not like saunas but this heat is completely different and you are toasted back and front. I enjoyed this so much that I have signed up fpr another course.
