I went to the Blackheath branch and the service was good, the place is small but clean and the staff were friendly. I will go back, as I enjoyed my exfoliation and massage. Its pricy but its London.

In summary it was a good wax. The beautician took longer than I am used to (45 minutes) so maybe don't try to squeeze your appointment into a busy day.
