Very pleased with my pedicure by Nicola at Mydetoxdiet Spa! A week later it still looks just as good as when I left. All staff was very welcoming and friendly. I especially loved that I could stay for a cup of tea after the treatment while waiting for the nail varnish to properly dry before heading home in the rain. Only negative comment would be that the room for the mani/pedis is also used as a waiting room for other treatments so it didn't feel very private.

Good treatments and the beautician was good. The lady in the shop downstairs who greets you was not very friendly at all and commented I had arrived 'very early' (I was two minutes before my appointments were due to start..)

My therapist was lovely, a very good manner and professional throughout the massage. The pressure of the massage was good but the head to toe process seemed a bit haphazard, repeating areas that had been done already on one side of the body but not on the other, e.g. doing one arm then the back then the other arm and then back to the first arm but not the other, so it felt unbalanced and not very competent. The therapist didn't find any of the knots in my shoulders which makes me think that it was a superficial 'rub down' as opposed to a real Swedish massage. I left feeling relaxed but disappointed that I hadn't had a proper massage.
