It is a nice relaxing place, only downside they have 2 steep flights of stairs, it's already a warm up! The place is clean, the first beautician explained more the process than the second lady who was less smiling. The massage was very well done, professional and good techniques. I had the massage after the Dome which i believe helps a lot. I would do it again both or separate treatments.

The Hollywood wax was ok, quite a few stray hairs left plus it's a lot more expensive than comparable salons. I'd go elsewhere next time.

I booked a 30 minute Express Massage. It really was an Express Massage as I was given a 20 minute massage only. It appeared to be intentionally done! £35 for a 20 minute message that was not exceptional (other than the time). I will never return to this venue.
