I wouldn’t consider this venue as a “spa” it is a noisy cafe with treatment rooms up 3 flights of stairs!
I was greeted by a moody and un pleasant lady, German I believe, who made me feel uncomfortable by her negative tone
The place itself was clean and so was the therapist, however, the treatment was awful
I filled out what seemed to be a consultation form, but I wasn’t actually asked any questions and I had ticked I was taking a certain medication, never the less, the therapist still proceeded
She used strip wax which I haven’t used for years and not only was it extremely painful but it took off a few patches of my skin, the one above my lip was awful, it looked like I had been punched!x
There was no after care given and I left feeling and looking bruised, with small short hair still remaining, not to mention the blister looking skin
I’ve never had this reaction before and put it down to badly trained staff and lack of professional standards

Having struggled with bacne for some time, I was keen to try out a back facial. It was really good and my skin definitely was clearer afterwards.
The beautician was nice but not the easiest to speak to, so I was a little disappointed I wasn't able to ask for more personal recommendations to help with my back. She was only able to recommend some of their own products, but they didn't seem that suitable and were pricey. That said, it was still a good experience and the facilities were very nice.

My wax treatment was beyond my expectations! Absolutely fantastic. Despite the fact that I was 30 mins late the staff were lovely and my therapist still managed to complete the treatment! She was so friendly and I actually really enjoyed chatting with her. Very genuine lady. To top it off, the hot wax they use is of such high quality. I've had many intimate waxes and always been burnt or left with some kind of bruising... this was the first time I came out alive! Definitely the best place in Greenwich and I will be back!
