since I was booked in for Hollywood hot waxing I thought the lady knew but she didn't as apparently I had to tell her and my waxing wasn't pleasant as she used strip wax and my skin was till torn.

It was my first ever bikini wax in a salon and it was great. the therapist made me feel very comfortable, and it was really not painful! Both things that I was fearing.

Staff were rushing me as I was a bit late. Didn't feel very professional. Wax was not hot enough so slightly more painful than needed. Eyebrows are slightly uneven
