Overall, my nails turned out lovely and my technician was very nice. However, please consider having colour samples as the bottle doesn’t really show truly how it’s going to look once painted (even the technician mentioned it). Also, my hands were not soaked before the whole cuticle clean-up business and it felt much rougher than usual as they were not softened.
