The treatment itself was good; slightly unorthodox as the polish was applied first before the scrub and dead skin work. Otherwise, it was nothing outstanding - I’ve had better. The tools were also not sterilised between each client. However, the worst bit was the ambience as what I thought was going to be a relaxing experience turned out to be extremely stressful due to an incident between another client and a member of staff. No fault of the staff, but it was extremely traumatic to have been almost dragged into that argument and having to sit there with people shouting around when all I wanted was to relax. The staff present (as the manager had left) had also not offered to provide any complimentary services or a discount for the next treatment even though I had to sit through that traumatic ordeal.

I come to this place for waxing every few weeks and the therapist is professional. The spa is clean with comfortable treatment rooms. I highly recommend this place.
