I have had a colonic before so I wasn't too surprised by the process, but the lady who did my treatment was lovely and put me at ease right away. Very hygenic and seemed to know when to go further and when to slow down a bit. Also gave me some great onward care advice.

I couldnt fault my therapist, Sarah, It was an excellent massage and she relieved all my shoulder tension. The facial with steam and extraction was also very good and I would book with her again. The only other feedback was the reception area and room when undressing was very cold, the heated bed was nice to have, while having the treatments.
