I opted for a particular person based on reviews I had read. However on the day it was someone else - no reference was made to this switch at any point, which I didn’t think was great. But the main issue was that the massage was absolutely terrible. Hard to summarise but it was genuinely very bad, no skill or care, not enough oil used, unfriendly manner. Awful, awful, I would have genuinely paid to avoid it! If I went again I’d insist on the person I’d booked with and walk away if unavailable.
