The perm is a bit tighter than the references pictures I showed the stylist, but I appreciate the stylist was worried that my colour treated hair wouldn’t hold a curl so probably overcompensated for this. My eyebrow wax was perfect. My lower rating of this salon, however, is due to the ambience and experience. I was there almost 3 hours, wasn’t offered even a cup of water, and on repeat was club music that was hardly relaxing. The pre appointment forms also need improvement.

My initial visit was fine although I showed Dami a picture of what nail art I would like and she didnt check if she had the colours to do it until after she had completed the infill, which meant I had to change my design. My original design was chosen to match a dress for an event. About 2 hours after I left the salon one of thumb nails broke and the next morning another broke, I went back to the salon and they told me they would not fix either nails as "BIAB doesn't strengthen nails"
