This was an extremely expensive facial for an average service - it did not match the description (no lymphatic drainage, for example), the pressure was extremely light for a facial, much of the time involved me sat with product on my face while the practitioner did nothing, it was 15 minutes shorter than it should have been, and the "relaxing music" kept being interrupted with adverts to pay for YouTube premium. I don't normally bother leaving reviews but this was so disappointing for the price

Really great work from Diksha! I had never done BIAB before and I’m loving it. Such an excellent recommendation, and she did such a good job. Nails and pedicure look great. Nice shape, all even, and a lot of attention paid. Really appreciate it!

Owner phoned to move my appointment, which I agreed to. Arrived early and the therapist was still busy. I asked when she might available and she said 20 minutes. I waited for over half an hour. The owner refused to speak to me during this time. The therapists said he was “busy working on the database”. He was still busy when I came out of the appointment. Mistakes happen and that’s fine, but the owner really should have made an effort to speak to me and resolve things. Really poor. Do not go.
