Paid for a 1h20m Russian pedicure but received around 45 minutes of treatment. No greeting on arrival and minimal communication throughout. Lotion was forgotten and only applied after reminders. The pedicure did not include electric callus-removal tools typically associated with a Russian pedicure and instead used only manual tools, which felt inconsistent with the advertised service. I was also asked quite insistently to leave a good review despite these issues.
