This was the best lash lift that I have had in my many years of getting them done.
Dami used the right product for my lash type, was meticulous in her preparation of my lashes and did not leave the product on long as to not damage them. The end result was perfect and a week on they haven't over processed at all. Look amazing thank you so much ❤️

The massage was good, but the masseuse was 15 minutes late to my appointment without letting me know beforehand. I see the salon changed the time to 12.15 after my session (probably to make it seem like they weren't delayed), but my actual session was supposed to start at 12.00. It felt like the receptionist didn't care when I was asking when my masseuse would arrive, and it felt handled in a rather nonchalant way. I feel I should get some kind of refund as it started so late.

The manicure was fine although but the experience of the salon sadly not as much. I understand lateness being an issue, but charging customers an extra £10 for coming in 15 mins later with notice is very bizarre. Especially when the salon is empty. Most times when I book, the salon changes my appointment time in the system or asks me to come in earlier or later anyway which I always try to accommodate. It has to be give and take.
