Unfortunately despite a good experience my first time at London Mode, my lash lift hasn’t gone well this time round at all. My eyelashes now look curly/frizzy. Some curl back on themselves completely and look shorter than they did before… I don’t think I’ll be getting a lash lift again. Marion was really really lovely and kind, but sadly the results aren’t what I desired.

Beatrice, as per her reviews, was very thorough in her approach. She wanted to make sure that I got the length and style that I wanted as it was my first time at the salon. She was super professional and also very friendly - she knows her stuff! They look fab and I will definitely book to go back for infills.
