I was phoned 5mins before appt to say they were running 20mins late after my appt had already been pushed back by 10mins. Booked a 1hr massage. Therapist wasn’t ready when I arrived and only entered room 10mins after the start time but finished after 50mins. (I was told this was because they had back-to-back appts.) I booked with Aisha but had Mona. Massage OK but not of the same quality or standard as other therapists here and not value for money.
