Booked this for my birthday but disappointed. I asked for a gentle treatment with less scrubbing but the therapist scrubbed my face quite roughly & left parts of my skin burning. I later repeated less scrubbing which is when I realised she had understood to scrub a lot. The facial was really rough, like she was rubbing my face with products not massaging it in. Not relaxing & see no change to my skin. I was left with a white cast of sun cream not adapted for darker skin. I'd like a refund

Was fine. But not worth the price. Not really any tidy up involved. Just take the gels off and then put on one coat of the “nail strengthening treatment”. A top coat which chipped by the time I was home.
