Another lovely experience at this salon. Beatrice is always so lovely. She always checks how you like your lashes to be and makes professional suggestions based on lash length, thickness and eye shape. 👍🙌🏻

Unfortunately not up to usual standard. Marion normally does my brows but she wasn't available. I waited around for 15mins and the appointment seemed very rushed, have had a much better service on previous visits.
I wasn't asked about which colour tint I wanted and they are much lighter than usual, my previous photos are on file so not sure why they weren't checked.
