The manicure was fine although but the experience of the salon sadly not as much. I understand lateness being an issue, but charging customers an extra £10 for coming in 15 mins later with notice is very bizarre. Especially when the salon is empty. Most times when I book, the salon changes my appointment time in the system or asks me to come in earlier or later anyway which I always try to accommodate. It has to be give and take.
