- The beautician applied the wax and removed it in a way that was really painful. Waxing is painful, and I have quite a high pain threshold and usually can withstand waxing just fine, but found it at least twice as painful as usual.
- She reapplied wax to already waxed areas, which was really painful as well.
- I had asked for a triangle, but ended up with a really uneven rectangle, plus lots of left over hair elsewhere. She also trimmed my hair in an uneven fashion, leaving bold spots.

Lovely staff and always have availability. Great job on my eyelash tint and eyebrow threading. My eyebrow colour didn’t feel super right for my brows but willing to give it a second go!
