My appointment was moved fairly last minute and was notified via email which was too late by the time I checked. It would have been nice if they called as well. My gel manicure was not professional, lack of colours, my cuticles were cut and when I left I saw there was a lot of product around the nail. The back massage was very nice and relaxing. Overall the stylists seemed bored and uninterested, and there was an odd ambience between the workers.

Very disappointed I’ve done lamination plenty of time and this was the worse one I ever seen suppose to be 3D effect not sure where exactly ones I reach home and have a close look at them they were very uneven still plenty of henna on it impossible to brush or do anything with it I got naturally very long brows come back with only half of length and next they look way worse then before I did them same for my nails in hand honestly ready to clean it of after two days and all that cost £150

The salon is dirty (nails on the floor, dirty/smelly toilets, no basic hand disinfection/washing before touching customer's face and used towel). Threading by Simi was done quickly with a lot of hair left afterwards. I do not recommend at at all.
