It was my first time having a wax. It might be normal but the wax felt too hot a few times which I mentioned. Overall a good experience that was efficicent (though I'm not very hairy!) so I may use again.

Lovely staff, thorough and professional wax, gentle and attentive therapist. I got ice water with lemon on arrival, the room was clean and there was even a flower laid out. Wax was excellent and careful.

Had a last minute fringe trim and a gel mani-pedi for a trip away, and I’m so happy with the results. The range of colours and attention to detail was really impressive. Staff were friendly and polite and the shop was clean and tidy. I’ll be back!
