The brow lamination was fairly quick and straightforward, although I would have liked some communication during the process as I cannot see what’s happening to my brows. The beautician also kept leaving the room during the treatment, so the atmosphere wasn’t as relaxing as previous times I have visited. However, the end result was good.

My stylist was very competent and did the good job on really dry chemically treated hair. Although he worked under pressure and juggled more then one client at a time, we even managed some conversation. Pleasure to meet him, but I feel he could be better utilised in management role.
