The only thing for me was that the waiting area consisted of two seats only and the were right close up to the hair treatment area and backed right up onto the reception desk. One of the seats had a couple of towels left on it. Another customer came in and was shown to the seat by the receptionist (also a practitioner), but did nothing about the towels, disappeared from the desk and then the customer was left to move the towels herself before she could take a seat.

I had the same treatment before and the lady who did that also done some extraction which was more than welcomed. That didn’t happen this time. I’ve been for microdermabrasion’s before and have always had extraction done at the same time.
