The end result of my manicure was great but I advised ahead of time that I have sensitive cuticles and it could have been a touch better on that front.

The venue was central, seemed clean and I thought was good value based on the proce. Unfortunately, I wont return. The main issue was the beautician using her phone multiple times during my bikini wax. I felt uncomfortable throughout because of that and because she repeatedly teased me for not waxing my lower legs, and for having skin that goes red when waxed.

The atmosphere in the studio was a little uncomfortable and tense.
The massage itself was nice enough. But not much attention to detail give. For example the masseuse didn't ask any questions ahead of the massage about any ailments etc, and I didn't feel there was opportunity to say anything.
She also made a comment about me having a lot of tattoos during the massage, which seemed unnecessary.
Wasn't a full hour, I was waiting a few mins when I arrived, and was out before an hour had passed.

My appointment was moved fairly last minute and was notified via email which was too late by the time I checked. It would have been nice if they called as well. My gel manicure was not professional, lack of colours, my cuticles were cut and when I left I saw there was a lot of product around the nail. The back massage was very nice and relaxing. Overall the stylists seemed bored and uninterested, and there was an odd ambience between the workers.
