I have been a regular customer. I found the atmosphere changed over time. The place got more chaotic even if staff has been always doing their best. there is room for improvement to bring the place to better level as when Marion was there.

It was my first time having a wax. It might be normal but the wax felt too hot a few times which I mentioned. Overall a good experience that was efficicent (though I'm not very hairy!) so I may use again.

Lovely staff, thorough and professional wax, gentle and attentive therapist. I got ice water with lemon on arrival, the room was clean and there was even a flower laid out. Wax was excellent and careful.
