Absolutely horrible experience. I booked an appointment for regrowth which in its basic definition means to dye the new growth to match the rest of the hair. But she dyed my hair to my natural colour. Then I had a long discussion where I was told that regrowth means to dye the new growth to your original colour. I wish I could have my money refunded back.
