BIAB was great. A few fun colours to choose from too. I wasn’t able to book ‘BIAB with removal’ on the app so I had to make two separate bookings. It would be great if this was fixed.

Feel sad to write this as I am all up for supporting local businesses but this is no luxury spa even tho price tag was high 15min delay, grubby rug over me, cheap products, felt rushed, water dropped over me, under wet from water and no consultation.
