Definitely not a *bad* facial, but I got a bargain (paid £68 for one of their last minute slots) and I believe it's normally double the price which would have really felt like a waste of money. Therapist was a nice person, but just not an expert in comparison to previous facials elsewhere, plus I wasn't obsessed with the products (a lot of sweet scents vs. spa / fresh scents) and just not really my cup of tea sadly. Like I said, it wasn't terrible, but I won't be returning.
