Booked a Korean lash lift with this salon but it was just a normal lash lift and it hasn't even lasted a week (very disappointing compared to other Korean lash lift treatments I normally have).

Unfortunately very sub par gel polish. I arrived, the staff were there mopping the floor (pushing dirt around the floor). It all felt very unhygienic. Staff were rude, unhappy with result and told my nail beds were the problem(!) won’t be returning

Disappointed by my experience- though both stylists were nice, the balayage was a total disaster - my hair is fried, frizzy, and toned grey. The trainee stylist was confused throughout and aggressively brushed/snapped my damaged hair following the dye process. I raised multiple times that the ashy toner was not what I was looking for but was talked down and assured I would like the end result once dried. No effort was made by either stylist to fix the problem at the end when I left in tears
