Hi,
I wanted to let you know that after the waxing session, I was left with what appears to be a burn and some skin damage. It seems the wax was too hot and actually removed a layer of skin the area is now red, sore, and slightly indented.
I’ve started treating it right away, but I feel it’s important to raise this with you as the procedure clearly caused harm and wasn't done safely.
Please take this seriously, as it’s ultimately a matter of client safety.
