Great pedicure in a relaxing environment

Booked in for a BIAB manicure and the technician waited until it was time to paint that they only had two colours available. Instead I requested a gel colour but was made to feel like it was an inconvenience because they would need to remove all existing BIAB from my nails, even though I’ve paid for this. Looking closely once I got home, the gel looks patchy and some of the shaping is wonky. Really unhappy esp as it is pricey
There was also nail clippings from a previous customer on the counter

The haircut was fine but it wasn’t a very nice environment. Quite empty and I didn’t feel very welcome, even though I was the only one there. It wasn’t what it looked like online. I won’t be going again.
